Dan's past experience includes representing trustees in trust contests and claims of forgery, resolving disputes between siblings regarding their parents' assets, and obtaining a bench verdict against a trustee for failing to follow the terms of a trust.
Dan is a Bay Area native and UC-Berkeley School of Law graduate where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to forming his own firm, Dan worked at a large international firm where he represented financial institutions in business litigation.
Dan is a member of the California Bar Association Trusts & Estates section, East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers, and the Contra Costa County and Alameda Bar Associations.
Dan is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law and assisted in the publication of Sunrise, Sunset: What to Do About a Trustee with Diminishing Capacity which appeared in the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly.
