“I met Julie almost a year ago after my dad died. Her father had setup my parent’s trust years ago. Right away I felt so comfortable with her personally as well as professionally. She was kind, efficient and knowledgeable in stepping right in, seamlessly, and taking control of my mother’s needs and the Trust issues. She even anticipated different scenarios that could arise and had all of the angles covered to keep any stress to a minimum. She always answered my emails with respect and even a nice sense of humor. I felt important to her and I felt that she absolutely was giving me the best advice and direction. I will continue to rely on her and would recommend Julie to everyone. I consider her a trusted friend.”
– Vickie T., Monterey, CA
“The Sowards Law Firm was chosen by my father, to handle his Trust. I had no idea what to expect when working with them. The head of the firm assigned Julie Sowards to handle my parents’ Trust.
The initial Successor Trustee after my father passed, had decided to not continue, and the trust had been left for 3 years without administration.
Julie Sowards helped me to untangle the problems associated with this lack of inactivity for so long.
She was professional, understanding of my problems and concerns, and most importantly lack of knowledge in this area. She always responded to my emails and calls, in a timely and efficient manner.
If you are looking for a lawyer with knowledge, professional ability and the wiliness to understand all of your concerns, then I would more than recommend the Sowards Law Firm and Julie Sowards as your Trust lawyer.”
– Kit F., Richmond, CA
“After I began to realize the importance of having a trust but having little knowledge of this area, I decided to go with Sowards Law Firm. I was happy to have Julie walk us through this. She educated us through the options, explained complex scenarios, and then identified the best course for us. Not only that, she built up a strong relationship with us through the whole process and was very friendly and responsive throughout, even when I had so many questions about how this works. After working with Julie and the Soward's team, I felt that my family is in good hands. I would strongly recommend working with Julie and her team, and look forward to working with her again.”
