Christina Garcia is the Legal Secretary and Case Assistant at Sowards Law Firm. She provides administrative support to the Sowards Law Firm team of Attorneys and Paralegals.
When you call our office you will most likely first talk with Christina as she primarily speaks with all potential clients and schedules appointments for attorneys and paralegals. Christina also organizes client files, prepares fee agreements, helps with deeds, and coordinates meetings between clients, paralegals and attorneys.
Christina also manages pre and post production of document execution along with assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prior to joining the Sowards Law Firm, Christina worked as a Legal Assistant at other various Law Firms in the Bay Area for 7 years – practicing Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate, Business Law, Commercial Property Management, and Corporate Immigration.
Christina is currently attending De Anza College as a full-time student to pursue her Paralegal Degree and her goal is to transfer to San Jose State University to get her BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
Christina is native to the Bay Area and lives with her husband and daughter in San Jose. Christina enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
