Benjamin grew up in San Jose, California and attended Oak Grove High School. He earned his Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certificate and Associate Degree from Evergreen Valley College. Continuing his education further, he went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
Benjamin believes in a ground upward career path. By learning the nuances and details within the law field, it prepares someone to not overlook the important minutia. He understands that the Law can be overwhelming to understand and difficult to navigate, however with proper communication between clients and the firm, all things can be attained.
Before joining Sowards Law Firm as a Drafting Paralegal, he worked for Robinson and Wood as an Office Services, Berliner Cohen as a Filing and Calendaring Clerk, and Harris Personal Injury Lawyers as a Litigation Paralegal. Benjamin bring a lot of experience to every role he incorporates and believes in the old mantra, "Slow and steady wins the race."
